I recently had the pleasure of working with Rachael O’Connor through the process of installing a Fortified Roof on my home in Old Metairie. There were many questions about shingles, underlayment and wind mitigation. Rachael was friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to assist me. Five days after submitting the required Fortified Roofing certificate, State Farm called to let me know my home owners annual premium would be reduced by almost $2000.00 annually. "My agency was awesome took her time bring everything to it which patient and we had to get things you needed she went above and beyond informed it of renters insurance combined with the auto insurance even adding renter Insurance to it you still save a lot of money by switching the State Farm I will be referring anyone and everyone I know to her good job"
